SILOWEIGH LEVEL INDICATOR SYSTEM
Siloweigh SKW - 1 system is used to measure
level and weight of material like cement, flyash, minerals, chemicals, LNG (liquefied gases) etc in silos, tanks, hoppers with sensors fixed on metallic silo legs. Siloweigh system can also be used for skirted silos.

Push in insertion sensors
Siloweigh System can be configured with sensors
on one, two or four legs. No structural changes are to be made. |

Siloweigh SKW -1 with Siloweb
is used for data acquisition and display of silo level and weight on internet through SILOWEB SCADA server on remote PCs and laptops.
This helps to manage inventory and logistics in better way , improving overall business efficiency.
Electronic Ear SKE 03
Electronic ear is used to detect the degree of filling
of material in the tube mill used for Limestone, Clinker and Coal grinding. Depending upon the hardness of the material used and quantity inside the mill, the frequency and sound level changes. If more is the material inside the mill, lesser will be the sound and if lesser is material inside the mill, more will be the sound.The signal of electronic ear can be used to control mill feed with PID controller.
